Refund policy

REFUNDS

Refunds will be honored within 5 business days of purchase with original receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Refunds for purchases originally paid for by check will be given after 10 business days. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original condition. 

RETURNS

• Please call to discuss reason for return. (404-245-9541)
• Returns will not be accepted without return authorization (RA)
• Please write the RA# on the outside of the box. Packages will not be accepted without the RA#. Keep the RA# for your records.
• Returns must include original product boxes.
• The return package must be post marked within 5 business days of receipt, after this time the RA# becomes invalid.

Custom work, special orders and personalized items are NOT returnable or exchangeable.
